Regulation and prices

• Prices vary according to: season, holidays, length of stay. From €80 to €120 per night
• Cleaning Fee € 30
• Touristix Tax is included on the night price
• The prices indicated are expressed in euros and include VAT, water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, bathroom and bedroom linen.
• For stays longer than 4 nights, a security deposit may be required.

Reservations

• Send your booking request via email, we will replay within 24 hours
• At the time of booking a deposit equal to 50% of the total will be required.
• We accept payment via: PayPal, Revolut, BTC or Instant bank transfer. Please note Checks are not accepted.
• The balance can be paid by cash at the arrival.

Cancellation policy

• In case of cancellation or in case of no-show the deposit will be lost.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 02:30 pm to 7 pm.
• In case of delay, a penalty of €20 will be applied

 

• Check-out by 11,00 am
• Late check-out when available are surcharge of 20€.
• Before arrival, guests are required to send ID documents via email or what's app

Guests

• The overnight stay of other people other than those registered is not permitted.
• Animals of any kind are not allowed, including rodents and birds.
• The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay, which costs €2.00 per person for the first 4 days of stay. Children up to the age of 12 do not pay the tourist tax.

Services included for stays over 10 days

• On specific request, linen change every 7 nights (new sheets and towels) will be provided.

Extra services not included in the price

• Apartment housekeeping, which include the replacement of the line bed, change of towels every € 40.
