It is one of the oldest buildings in Cortona from 1200, belonged to a noble families of the earldom. The ancien tower building is located in the heart of Cortona in the middle of the Santa Maria district, few meters from restaurants, museums and shops.

Verificata Consigliatissimo. Non ero mai stata a Cortona ma si è rivelata una piacevole scoperta.
☺Erano presenti due bagni, posizione comodissima (appena uscivi eri nel centro storico di Cortona, dove trovavi molti bar e ristoranti). 
Appartamento molto accogliente

Verificata Il soggiorno di lavoro si è rivelato molto piacevole, grazie anche alla casa.
☺Appartamento molto particolare, in casa storica, comodissimo per il centro di Cortona, offre ottimo Wi-Fi (necessario visto che non c’è campo) e molti comfort. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile, raccomandandosi di chiedere per qualunque necessità.
☹Nel bagno non c’era il bidet. Sarebbe utile una mensolina dal lavabo e uno scolapiatti in cucina.

  We enjoyed our time in Cortona, Marco’s apartment was well situated for free parking walk to restaurants and churches. The kitchen was well appointed with all you might need to cook a wonderful Tuscan meal. Lots of added touches like medical kit in bathroom. With all the hills to climb could be useful for blisters. Very comfortable bed and working air conditioner. But it cooled down nicely in the evenings with the windows open. Then we woke to all the activity that can be found in a hillside village like Cortona. Fantastic!!

  Marcos spot is amazing. It was so cute and had everything we needed. Marco does a wonderful job to give recommendations and thought of everything we might ask. His apartment is so clean and in the perfect location, right off the main square. Parking near by was so easy to get to as well. I wish we didn’t have to leave! Thank you Marco!

  Casa Luna è accogliente e ci si sente come a casa propria anche grazie a tutti i comfort per nulla scontati (come la lavatrice e il ferro da stiro) che sono un plus per soggiorni di lunga durata, soprattutto nel periodo estivo.La posizione è comoda sia per gironzolare per le vie di Cortona che per raggiungere in macchina alcune delle principali località turistiche della zona. PS non sempre è facile trovare parcheggio vicino, basta armarsi di pazienza…

  L'appartamento è molto comodo per visitare Cortona: è veramente vicino alla piazza principale e al parcheggio gratuito (5 minuti a piedi). Ci siamo trovati benissimo e la possibilità del self check-out ci ha permesso grande flessibilità per il giorno della partenza. Tutto ottimo!

  This place was a perfect spot just down from the main piazza. And a very short walk from the free parking along the wall. It was quite roomy for our week-long stay and had some great amenities. Marco met us as we checked-in and made sure we knew what was around, and he had a lot of info about the area for us to go over while we stayed.   We originally did not know what to expect going to Cortona. The main reason that we were there was because of the under the Tuscan Sun movie. This being said when we arrived Marco greeted us as he saw that we were not sure of the directions of which we were going into the town. Marco has been quick to respond to any of our questions as we got to Cortona. Especially on how to get to Cortona using a bus from Camucia to Cortona. Speaking of the buses they can be obtained at any of the tobacco shops in the city centre so that you can get to the train station to get to the other destinations you might go in Tuscany. Marco’s location is 50m walking distance to the city centre where everything happens. We were able to get food back to our apartment, with the local grocery store and we had and we really enjoyed the room. If we ever come back we would definitely book with Marco.
