A poco dal centro, appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi

The apartment is superbly strategically located, easy to get to from surrounding parking lots or access points to the city. The place is incredible, with an extraordinary historic personality of its own. The apartment is true to the Etruscan roots of the city, however it has just the right amount of modern very well done updates that makes it seamlessly easy to feel at home and at the same time part of the history and character of Cortona. It is very romantic and comfortable at the same time.Simply an extraordinary place to stay and be able to experience all of what Cortona has to offer, which is a lot.

La casa è in un’ottima posizione vicinissima al parcheggio ed alla piazza principale. Molto pulita e ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Siamo stati molto bene.

Marco's directions were accurate. The place was extremely wonderful for the location from parking to the town Square. Marco went above and beyond in helping my wife and I with our luggage. We arrived later than expected and kept Marco abreast.... Don't be afraid that the parking is outside the walls. We have been here three times and found no issues with finding a spot. Be patient or drive to other spots. The one you get has very picturesque benefits for the walk to this place...As for picturesque, WALK THE VIAS!!! Take your camera.By the way, the black and white picture and it's identical color picture at the entry, my wife and I stayed in one of those homes a few years ago. Mesmerizing.

This place was fabulous! I really enjoyed my stay here and would do it again in a heartbeat!the apartment was super clean and super neat, and everything was provided, making it feel like homeMarco was a great host and was always very easy to reach and communicate with which was very helpful and he reached out a couple times to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly during the stay

We enjoyed our time in Cortona, Marco’s apartment was well situated for free parking walk to restaurants and churches. The kitchen was well appointed with all you might need to cook a wonderful Tuscan meal. Lots of added touches like medical kit in bathroom. With all the hills to climb could be useful for blisters. Very comfortable bed and working air conditioner. But it cooled down nicely in the evenings with the windows open. Then we woke to all the activity that can be found in a hillside village like Cortona. Fantastic!!

Marcos spot is amazing. It was so cute and had everything we needed. Marco does a wonderful job to give recommendations and thought of everything we might ask. His apartment is so clean and in the perfect location, right off the main square. Parking near by was so easy to get to as well. I wish we didn’t have to leave! Thank you Marco!
